Great discussions with Owen Paterson MP today at Wrexham General about rail infrastructure in Wrexham and the wider area.

Conservative Council Triumph

Wrexham Conservatives took an extra four seats thereby tripling the representation on the council within the parliamentary constituency. Gresford, Marford, Erddig and Borras Park were all Conservative Gains on what was a huge night for the Tories in Wrexham.

Wrexham Unemployment at 6 Year Low

 Unemployment has fallen to its lowest level in more than 6 years, according to figures released today by the Office for National Statistics. The number of people claiming JobSeekers Allowance has fallen by almost 400 in the last year, with unemployment in the town now standing at just 3%.
